Torque and Chrome

Let me try again about where to get wheels polished near St. James, Mo.?

They are dinged up, have scratches and are down right dull. I want the dings and scratches cleaned up (don't even have to be perfect because this is not a show car) and then polished (buffed?) to a chrome like finish. This is not something you find in a can of polish and I know how to use that stuff. St. James is a small town and not near any big cities so I know I'll have to travel, but I think it will be worth it. We moved here only three years ago and are still learning the area. Any help would be appreciated.
