Torque and Chrome

Hi. I just had some Zinik 18 inch chrome wheels put on my 1999.5 Nissan Pathfinder. Any info. is appreciated

They are the Zinik Shogun model, I just had them put on. My question is, I live in St. Louis, MO. We don't get a lot of snow, maybe 3 snowfalls a year at most. My question is when I drive during this (plus with the salt they put out) is this going to risk rusting my chrome wheels faster (or can chrome even rust?) What's the best thing to do in this situation? Also, what is the best thing to use to clean them, and how often? Thanks in advance!

  1. Yes, they can rust. Power washing them front and back inside and out regularly during the season should keep them from rusting. Also, take them off and clean them real good and use a good chrome polish and protector at the beginning and end of each snow season.
