Torque and Chrome

How to get ingrained dirt off of Crome wheels?

Over the past few years i have left my car out in the snow, while i was away at college. Wasn't really the best idea, i know! But my chrome wheels (american racing) have accumulated alot of ingrained dirt. It doesn't wipe off, and Brasso will barely make it come out. Is there a way to clean up your chrome tires? Maybe a tool, like a buffer, or a certain type of heavy duty cleaner?

  1. brillo pad been workin 4 years
  2. you should try the mothers power ball. it attaches to a drill and you can apply polishes with it. it doesnt take as much elbow grease as polishin it by hand. and i would be weary about brillo pads, they might scratch the crome
