  1. I don't know any of those brands. And don't EVER go to Sports Authprity or any multisport outlet to buy a skateboard. I think that you should go to your local skate shop or Zumiez/Vans outlet and pick a complete. (ex: brands like enjoi, birdhouse, flip, etc) They will work and will be a great beginners board, and cost $100-120. However, when you get better and have sufficient money to cover it, you can buy a CUSTOM COMPLETE. That means that you may pick the brands that u want and customize ur skateboard. They usually cost around 145-200. Another thing is to order off the internet and buy a custom complete or a complete. Believe it or not, even though u still may have 2 pay shipping and handling, it's still cheaper. Here are some websites: http://www.ccs.com (This has the best reputation for skateboards) http://www.skatewarehouse.com (I recommend this one, because it can be cheaper here and just as reliable as ccs) (DON'T GO TO EBAY!!!!) some brand names I recommend: Decks: .anything with Resin-7 or 8 technology (light and strong) .Zero/Mystery (I've tested them, and both are a little bit heavier than Resin boards but just as strong) Trucks: .Independent (good for turning and ollieing) .Thunder (just like Indys) Wheels .Ricta (best wheels in the business) Bearings .Bones Swiss (nothing else compares) .Bones Reds ( a cheaper version of Swiss) Griptape .Mob Griptape Hardware .anything, as long as it's long enough. I say Pig Skewers or Element Rations, but there's not much difference.
  2. I have never heard of any of those, but i would recommend like a zero or almost those are alright for beginners. Even though it really doesnt matter what you get as long as it fits you
