What kind of rims/wheels can I put on my 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT?

I have a black 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT, and I want to put a set of chrome/platinum rims on it, but I have no clue as to if there's a certain type of rim I'm aloud to put on it...or how big the rims are suppose to be without them being TOO big. Are rims only for certain types of cars/trucks/suv's/etc.?

1. I'd be careful putting anything too large on your car... Keep in mind, the front suspension was lifted from the Chevette, and the rear suspension from the Citation. I wouldn't go more than about 1-1.5 inches wider than stock, and no more than 1 inch larger diameter.
2. Small bolt shevy.. pretty much anything off a fwd chevy or mopar will fit without problem

4. I have an 87 GT and I bought American Racing wheels that are 15 x 7.
5. 88 pont gt fieros have different offsets for the front and the rear to clear the disk breaks but any tire shop can sell you any style you want as long as he orders the correct offsets
