Would 17" Mustang wheels fit on a 2002 Ford Ranger?

Its the bullet wheels that are black spoked and have chrome on the outside. My dad's truck is a 2002 Ford Ranger and we wanted to put some mustang wheels on it. If you want to see the wheels, go to www.ebay.com and type in 'Mustang 17" wheels' and then type in black. Find the black ones that have chrome on the outside. WILL THOSE FIT THE RANGER? yeah the truck is a 5-bolt. we just need some bigger tires.

1. As far as I know, they should fit. Since i am not 100% sure. You should be able to go to any tire store or auto parts store and have them check the bolt pattern and the spacing size.
