Torque and Chrome

looking for a NEW crossover SUV any advice? Open to new suggestions.?

I drive 3 hours a day to & from work in addition to social activities. so comfort is a major issue for my neck & back ache. I also need cargo room since I cart around lots of boxes & rolling files so I need a bit more than just a compact car's trunk. I've test driven a few already, but just can't decide. Honda's CR-V seats not so comfy inside. center console was kind of a little cheap looking, but still like it. Honda Pilot loved it's comfort. so much room and really comfy seats. BUT to me, it didn't look like a new car compared to the others. there was no chrome or anything to make it pop out or say new car. Toyota's RAV4 comfy and roomy, but really didn't care for the wheel on the back. Highlander a bit too soccer Mom for me, but nice car. Nissan's Murano Great looking car, but have read some negative things about it online. Hmm... FYI: no kids/carseats ok, so now how about my back pain...any advice about that LOL j/k Thank you

  1. Subaru Forrester- good car, good gas mileage and doesn't spend much time in the shop. A little expensive, but well worth the cost. And get the heated seats, it will help your back pain. Try Yoga. One thing that helped me- get on the floor a couple times a day, knees bent, feet flat on the floor, lay your legs to the right side, count to ten, then slowly go to the left side, count to ten. Do that a couple times a day, five reps each time, should help.
  2. Nissan ROGUE
  3. get a different job where you dont drive 3 hours back and forth per day. ( best seats and SUV and Yoga in the world ain't going to help your back pain if you're that much time in a Car 5 days/ week.) Backpain*** Yoga stretching A+++ miracle cure SUV*** Go with the one you like Go with your Gut, its new and its got factory warranty, dont get hung up on reviews and paralysis of analysis, Murano is a nice pick. Look at Mazda's CX 7 and 9's maybe... But seriously, if youre in it for 3 hours /day, get the nicest thing you like. Thats a lot of time. Lifestyle*** often the cause of back pain.
  4. I was surfing around answers because I just bought a Hyundai Sante fe tonight and wanted to see reviews (a little late to be doing that i know...) Anyway on edmunds.com and several other sites they cant say anything bad about this car. I love it!! And the seat is very confortable and has adjustable lumbar position so it contours to your back, the limited edition has automatic controls and heated seats if thats an issue. The backseats fold down, almost completely for plenty of storage and cargo space. There's even a hidden type compartment underneath the floor of the cargo area. I would surely check this car out before you buy, especially considering the starting price of $21,000
  5. The girl who just bought the Hyundai Santa Fe is right. It's a great car and you should definitely give it a look. If you want more room, I suggest the Hyundai Veracruz. The top of the line Veracruz beat the Lexus RX330 in a Motortrend comparison test.
