Torque and Chrome

How much would it cose to powdercoat a set of 22" wheels the same color as my car?

I want the lip to remain chrome and the rest to be powdercoated the same color to match my car. Its the cheapest way to get them done right? And does anyone know of any shops in Stockton,Ca that do powdercoating? Thanks

1. Call around to shops that can do this. Check the yellow pages or on-line yellow pages. Or go to any wheel shop and ask them who does this work locally.
