Torque and Chrome

What type of paint should I use to paint the wheel center caps of my focus?

I have a black 2001 Focus ZTS and I would like to have black center caps on my 16" wheels. What type of paint should I use to do it? The caps are chrome plastic. It would have to be a paint that would resist chipping....... Thanx for any help!

1. Go to your local paint supply store, There is a plastic primer, I think it is called adheasion promoter. It helps paint stick to plastic. I would probably scuff it also
2. Powder coat.
