How do I clean my chrome wheel trims?

The front wheels in particular get really black, and I can't seem to get them back to shining again.

1. Mother's mag and aluminum polish works really well, it also leaves a protective coating which makes brake dust wipe right off after the first cleaning. Its really cheap and any parts store has it. Comes in a little red can.
2. You need two products, a wheel cleaner and a chrome polish. Use the wheel cleaner every time you wash your car to get that nasty black brake dust off the wheels. Polish with a chrome polish regularly to keep them shiny. Some polishes have a protective wax in them. Read the labels, finding one will save you time.
