where can i get my chrome wheels painted. i bought konig prophet wheels, and i want to paint the ridges black?

1. use several layers of heavy duct tape over anything that you dont want to get painted and then have the exposed areas sandblasted to rough up the finish enough to get the paint to adhere properly
