  3. Oh, yes. Very much so. Chrome on black and black on black look GREAT! I get tons of stares on my 96 E320 sedan with that EXACT configuration: black wheels with chrome lip. I LOVE it.
  4. Depends on the design of the wheel and who you're trying to impress. Consider what part of town you're living in, and how likely it is that they will get stolen.
