How to restore the original shine of a rusted chrome mag wheels?

There are a lot of stains from the leak coming from the break fluid. I used a lot of branded chrome polisher to remove it but no use.

1. Take them to someone who can put a new layer of chrome on them.
2. Forget it, if you tired to polish it and still looks like crap, that's known as finish damage, get yourself new ones.
3. The chrome is not rusting....it is the substrate that is rusting.. Raul is right
4. Rechroming is expensive to the point it may be cost prohibitive.
