what are the wheel locks? they are $54 and the description says: With Honda's wheel locks, you can protect your custom rims or even the stock ones. They're a great theft deterrent. Special key configuration requires a unique wrench to remove the wheels.Chrome-plated, triple nickel finish for a brilliant shine and to help prevent corrosion. what does this mean? =)

What you've described typically represents an after-market accessory. It's a set of four (4) special designer wheel lug nuts that have an integral lockinging mechanism. One locking lug nut gets installed per wheel...the remaining nuts are of the non-locking variety. The locking nuts serve to prevent theft of your wheels. A good many dealers & of various auto makes throw these in as part of the sales package. Basically, they're cheap. Wheel locks typically include one special nut for each wheel. Each nut has a unique pattern on the top so that a special socket (that comes with the set) can be put on the nut to loosen it. Otherwise, the nut cannot be removed.
