could general motors of canada make custom made cars instead ?

if general motors painted their cars with fiberglass paint and used different colored hoses with chrome gaskets,nuts and bolts,along with racing wheels and spinner hubcaps and custom interiors with some good video and or audio sound systems and perhaps lifted some to an order,that might bring their plants workers more business,especially if they made those cars use alcohol or pototato fuel.

1. The factories are set up to be just that...assembly line factories producing hundreds or even thousands of cars daily. Custom cars are made in smaller shops with much of the work being done by hand, not machines.
