Torque and Chrome

I want to buy a Honda CR-V and want to switch my 18" rims to it. Will they fit? What tires do I need?

I have 18" chrome rims and want to move them to a new Honda Cr-V (2008). Can I do this and do I need certain tires?

1. they will fit me and a buddy put some 18's on his just put some 205 30 18's on it and it will ride
2. It would help if you told us what is on it now. Then somebody could tell you a size that would be almost the same size as now, and it won't affect you speedometer.
