2007 nissan altima?

fully loaded,navi system,sun roof,20 inch chrome rims,leather interior......worth 55,000 around there.. i cant pay for it anymore ive payed over 20 thousand still need 30k left im paying 700 dollars a month and i cant pay it anymore wat should i do

1. Talk to the people who financed the car & see if they can rewrite the loan,for smaller payments,let them know what's happening.
2. Advertise like you did here. Try to find a buyer who is willing to transfer the car into his/her name and take over your payments. Maybe autotrader.com or craigslist is a start. If you want to keep your car, try to refinance your auto loan for a lower rate and monthly payment.
3. Put the stock wheels back on and voluntarly turn it back to the finance company. People somethmes get over there heads with cars houses. This will be a bad mark on your credit but better than late pays no pay and repo. Or drive over to Nissan and trade for a Versa and see if your payment will be managable.
