Can you put 20 inch chrome rims on a 2006Nissan Sentra?

2. Figure the car comes with maybe 16 inch rims and 4 inch tires. That leaves enough room for the rim only. Without modifications your front tires will rub on turns, unless you have 1 inch tires, which don't exist.But, why would you put tough rims on a pansy car? I can't understand why people buy cheap cars and add expensive parts. Dubs are made for trucks, large luxury vehicles, or vintage domestic bombers- bottom line.
