Do car wheel manufacturers sell ready to paint wheels?

I want to buy some 22" wheels for my car but I want to have them painted the same color as the car. Do wheel manufacturers sell wheels that are primered and ready to paint? Like with a chrome lip and the rest is primered? I think my best bet would be to buy some black rims since they would be easy to sand down than chrome ones. Thanks

1. you can buy stock wheel but i have never see stock 22" wheel except for the chrome ones you purchase
