Torque and Chrome

I have a 92 oldsmobile cutlass supreme and I am planning on to keep for some years so i would like to put...?

on some 20" chrome rims. some people say its crazy because its an old car but i would like to fix it up because i am going to keep it. i already have tinted windows and a stereo system. Should i add new tires and rims?

1. ofcoarse you should put new set of wheel every car is nothing without a cool set of wheels
2. That really depends of the car is mechanically sound. If it needs repairs, fix it before buying the rims and tires. If not, then go ahead and enjoy!
3. i would get a good alarm b/c somebody is gonna try and steal your car and i think it is crazy as well
