1. Depends on the design of the wheel and the make of the tire, but around 50-60 lbs. Take to your bath room scale and weigh it for proof.
2. Who knows? You don't provide nearly enough information give a remotely accurate answer. We would need to know the weight of the specific wheel you are using (which can vary greatly from one wheel to the next) and the weight of the tire. Since there are hundreds of different chrome 22 inch wheels on the market from dozens of manufacturers and they come in a variety of widths and we don't know what size, brand or model of tire you are using, the best that anyone could do is give a range +/- maybe 30 lbs - which is about as useful as tits on a bull.
3. All I know is that a 20" tire does NOT fit on a 22" wheel.
4. It won't work, a 22" rim requires a 22" tire.
