Can I sell my used 20 inch rims?

I have had them for a year but at the end of the summer I'm puttng back my regular tires, they are black chrome 20 inch wheels with a chrome lip ( I think you call it ) around it. I moved from atlanta to chicago, once I got here they got really beat up so I'm pretty sure at least the silver chrome lip needs to be "redipped" in chrome, but I want to at least get some money for it and not just tell the guys to dump em or do what they like. Any ideas?
