Torque and Chrome

I was wondering if it was possible to paint chrome rims black? Is there some paint out there to paint it?

2. You could paint a watermelon black if you wanted to. Just get some some black paint and properly prepare the rims and go for it.
3. sure you can, just put a primer on first then your black paint.
