Rims, L.E.Ds, Tinted Windows...?

Buying a 2004 Grand Am, and I know it's not much on looks, but I want to make it look better. Tinting the windows, putting blue or red LEDs in the headlights, and getting some chrome rims. Where can I get all of this done for the cheapest price? Any suggestions? Should I use a different color LED? The car is a dark grey.

1. Just about any Wheel place does tint around here! More than likely they could put the LED's in to. But Im def. not a big fan of those myself. Thats when the rice comments come in!
2. You'd better check your local traffic ordinances. Most places are laws against colored lights on the outside of a vehicle and that includes underbody LEDs, LEDs on the tag frame, LEDs around the headlights and anything that isn't "normal" for a vehicle. It's especially a no-no for red or blue -- those are reserved for emergency vehicles like cop cars, fire trucks and ambulances.

4. I own a custom vehicle shop. Custom shops will all do tints, LEDs and flourescants. Do check local law and regulation but you can have lights and stuff as long as you only use them in private areas. For this particular model i recommend Giavanni XR Ninja Rims in chrome and black inserts. Dark grey paint and blue lights looks good.
