1. If it were me, I would buy locally, from a store that can give me a warranty and installation. Wholesale outlets, while they can give you a good price, don't always offer a warranty and whatever warranty they do offer is conveniently voided because you didn't follow their mounting specs. Also, whatever you save in the purchase is usually tacked back on in shipping, delivery insurance and taxes. Buy locally, think globally.
2. E-bay probably has the best deals on the internet. I also have a set of 20" rims that I am sellin, they are brand new. Just hit me on my email and I'll send u some pics.
