Can my chrome rim be fixed?

I have some 20 inch chrome rims, the front right has a crack or dent in it. I took to discount tire and they said it could be fixed for 135 dollars. I wanted to know can they be fixed? or should i have them sealed an pawn them and save for new ones? The rim is discontinued so i cant buy a new one.

1. I think better of saving up for a new one. Just for safety reasons.
2. Pay the 135 as they are dicontinued,.
