Chrome wheel maintenance?

I am thinking about getting chrome wheels for my truck. My truck won't be kept in a garage. If I only wash my truck and wheels once a month will it damage the wheel or do chrome wheels need to be washed and polished more often? I live in Florida so I don't have to worry about road salt or snow.

1. Once a month washing should do fine by your wheels. You may want to keep an eye on your wheels for a few months to see if you're getting any rust due to the humidity and salt air though.
2. Living in Florida you should be OK, I would still keep a good coat of wax on them as salt air from the ocean could effect them if you live close to the ocean.
