FIXED! Disable Google custom search on Chrome?

Hi, I finally fixed my google custom search problem. Whenever I typed a phrase into my google chrome search bar i would be redirected to "google custom search powered by google" I searched all over and could not figure out how to fix it. What I did to fix it: settings>tools>extentions. There will be a list of of extentions. If you see "MF search" diasable/remove/uninstal it. IF YOUR LIKE ME, AND DON'T SEE MF SEARCH, IT MAY BE ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR EXTENTIONS CAUSING THE CUSTOM SEARCH PROBLEM. For me it was a pool game app that i downloaded once and forgot about. Once i disabled/removed/uninstalled it, my problem was fixed. Genuine google searching from the search bar! yay! So try removing some of the extensions you don't use untill you find which one is causing the problem. I know this isn't really a question and you may not be able to reply by the time you see this. But I just wanted to share my solution to a problem that has been driving me nuts the past couple months. Sources: Re-installing Chrome may also help, but I have sooo many bookmarks I do not want to risk loosing. GOOD LUCK!
