Can you spray paint chrome rims?

i have 4 dodge ram 20' inch Chrome rims that i would like to see painted black. is it possible to spray paint chome rims? if so what would be the best spray paint to use on chrome rims?

3. It can be done, Epoxy paint will hold best. It will come off after a while and look terrible. Clean them very very well with a chemical cleaner first. Bead blasting the surface may help the paint stick also you could have the black chromed which will look close to painted and last basically forever. You would have to find a shop that does chrome and ask them.
