How does a black dodge charger look better with chrome rims or black rims?

1. they look better with chrome rims,black totally blackens the look of the car out,and rims are the first thing to get dirty on a car,unfortunately i owned a black one and it wasn't easy to keep clean,but when the car was dirty the rims was still shiny,good luck.
2. It's all a personal preference...I personally love the blacked out look. Tinted windows, tinted tail lights, black powder coated rims with red pinstripe, murder! Chrome is played out, but still looks nice. Chrome is also damaged easier than powder coating. At the end it's what you think looks better to YOU.
3. for me its chrome, then again, i'm in my 40's
