1. Depends on what you want. I have bought directly to the manufacturer, from Dennis Kirk, from Jireh Cycles, and eBay. No one has everything, prices vary between different places. You have to do your own shopping. Much on the Internet, but some things *have* to be looked at in person at a real store -- such as boots and helmets.
