1. yes, but you had better have very deep pockets. a set of 30's will set you back upwards of 100 large, and only Pirelli has tires to fit so you can add another 50 grand for the rubber. once you have all that cool you are going to need a very special tire shop to mount and then balance that combination so you can expect to drop about 150K. Just like Bam did when he bought the first set.
