I have 19" black and chrome rims I live in ohio and its going to be nice this week so I put them on?
So I put them on since there is no salt on the roads, I figure its going to be nice in about a month or so, about how long would it take for the weather to mess up my rims, is it worth taking them off again on saturday?

- clean the salt off once the roads dry. you should be fine
- i bought a set of aluminum alloy rims, put them on the truck and ran them at the end of summer. it took about 6 months before i saw the first sign of wear. took them off and washed them and polished them. when you take them off Saturday give them a good cleaning and buffing. store them in the basement and keep them away from condensation build up.
- Wax them with Pure Carnuba Mothers Paste Wax before you go to the trouble of sticking them on your car. Keep the salt off every time its nasty outside.
