Torque and Chrome

Mapping left/right scroll-wheel to Chrome Back/Forward commands?

I just had to buy a cheap mouse (Logitech M100) because my old one died. The only extra feature this mouse has is the ability to scroll left/right with the wheel and I was wondering if there was anyway to map this to the back and forward commands in a browser (notably Google Chrome). Can't seem to find an option in SetPoint or in Chrome.
