Torque and Chrome

I have a 2003 ford f150 a friend has a 2001 ranger with 18" chrome rims will they fit on my truck?

Have some 18" rims off of a 2001 ford ranger will they fit on a 2003 f150 without adaptors both are 5 lug bolt pattern ?

1. 2001 Ranger has the 5x114.3mm pattern, and the 2003 F150 has 5x139mm. No it will not.
