Whats the best way to purchase chrome rims?

I want to buy some 20" chrome rims for my girlfriend's 06 Maxima, the problem is that I have always gone to performance shops and spent over 1500$ on 17" and 18" rims and tires. Now that I want 20" I want to get the best deal for them. Does anyone have some advice on what I should do?
