Torque and Chrome

how do you clean the chrome on car rims?

I think I have rust on my chrome rims. How would you clean this off to give it a mirror like image?

1. 1. Buy some 0000 steel wool to remove the rust, it will not scratch the chrome... 2. Buy a quality wax and apply it, then buff it off..
