where can i get customs rims made?

I want to have custom rims with a cadillac "C" all chrome.

2. Well if you think you can afford to have someone make you a billet or cast rim @ $2k each then I am sure that you can find a custom shop or have one of your employees do it for you. Then again most people in the real world would know that anything custom made requires lots of money and would not spend anytime here asking where to get it made.
