Torque and Chrome

Are you supposed to drive down the road real slow after putting monster chrome wheels on your vehicle?

Every car with them seems to be rolling about 20mph under the speed limit. Or maybe their just embarrassed about their wheels?

1. They can't hear the people honking at them because their stereo's sub woofers are too loud, and the mufflers are obnoxious and drowned out all other noises.
2. They know the 20's will throw off the speedometer reading, so they go real slow just to be on the safe side.
3. Often they don't fit the fenders any longer and bumps cause the wheels to choke against the fenderwells. Also small bumps and potholes will pinch the very low profile tires and ruin them. The suspension wasn't designed to work with overly tall wheels.
4. you're supposed to pull over, and abandon the car, and any hope you had of it being a decent vehicle.
