im doing a head swap on my honda and im not really sure of how to set the timing. the head im swapping in is a vtec head and im putting it on my current block.. how do i get the timing between the head, pistons, and belt to be right on key, i know how to do every other aspect of the swap besides this. also need to loosen the spindle axle nut holding my hub and brake assembly on, no access to impact gun used a torque wrench it just made the rotor spin... what do i do to get it loosened?

  1. I loosen the axle nut with the tire on and the wheel on the ground. Then the axle won't rotate when you use the breaker bar to loosen or tighten the nut.
