Converting foot pounds to inch pounds on a torque wrench?

I'm trying to put a new head gasket on my outboard. I don't have a inch pound torque wrench. Can I convert my lbs to get close to this job. I need 215 inch pounds per square inch., what would I set my foot pound torque wrench too?

2. 12 inch - pounds = 1 foot - pound. 215 / 12 = 17.91, or just 18.00 ft lbs
