How to tighten a 4" nut to 4000 ft/lbs?

Most high end torque wrenches only go up to like 800 ft/lbs max. Plus I don't think they make a socket big enough to fit on the nut anyways. The blue print specifically says they want it at 4000 ft/lbs. I'm thinking you would need a wrench with like a 10 ft+ bar on it. Is there even a tool in existence or do you need like a special hydraulic machine? This is a test fixture for aerospace. Not sure of the specific application because its a government related job and they don't supply us with the test parts.

  1. There is a device called a torque multiplier . it looks like a huge ratchet that you put a large pry bar into and for lack of a better word multiplies the amount of rotational force (torque) you can apply. Ive never used one but it would seem if you got one that was say 5:1 it would turn your 800lbs into 4k. saw one at an auction and every one wanted it bad. Must be really expensive.
