Torque and Chrome

Where in the area of Pomona, CA can I find a good shop to custom paint my chrome rims?

I have a black car with chrome rims that I think will look really good with black but with the lip remaining chrome..does anyone know a good place in Pomona/Diamond Bar where I can take it to get the rims professionally painted but with an affordable price??

2. im from the 626 area and theres a place that can powder coat them. its on azusa and covina i believe
3. I don't believe you can paint over chrome without a hell of a lot of preparation. You have to strip the chrome off first because chrome is actually nickel plating with a thin layer of chrome. I think it would be cost prohibitive. My opinion only, and I'm not sure.
