Torque and Chrome

Looking for chrome or black glossy wheels please help?

i cant find this two size wheels, 12" for the back and 9" for the front, its an unusual size I know but its for a go cart, I cant seem to find them anywhere, or I want to either chrome the ones I already have I just dont know where to go. I live in chicago
