How much is this Harley worth private party? 92 dyna?

ok I need to know how much this bike is worth. It is a Harley Davidson 1992 Dyna Custom has been rebuilt with a 1450cc motor and has 2500 in chrome and new random parts. 47k miles all together on frame, 6500 miles on new engine. excellent condition as far as I can see in the pic.

2. There is an '04 FXDX with 4,500 miles in my local Craig's List. They want $8,500 for it. I wouldn't be interested in that '92 for any more than the $5,500 the NADA guide says it's worth. I would feel better at under $5,000. Aftermarket stuff doesn't usually add value. At 47,000 miles, you will have a very hard time selling it when you are done with it too. You will be competing with bikes that have less than half that.
