What do you think is more "gangsta"...someone having rims on their car or someone who dresses and looks like 1?

just one, not both. which person would you think is more "gangsta"? 1. person that has 22 inch chrome rims on their 4 door sedan car. (22"s or better, meaning 22"s, 24"s or 26"s on sedan) however, they dress very nice and classy...they have a very respectable appearance. no tattoos, clean shaven, good hygene.... OR 2. person that drives a stock car with factory alloy wheels, but has tattoos all over their body, sags their pants, baggy clothes, fake jewelry, gold teeth, bad hygene, unshaven and does not speak proper english.

  15. Well, I respect person 1 more. Gangster is about an image, though. Person 2 may be a major douche, but he's definitely gangster. I think the truth here is that I don't like the whole "gangster" thing altogether, but person 2 is definitely more gangster than person 1. I don't think person 1 views himself as a gangster, or wishes to be called a gangster. Person 2 must hear it all the time, and probably promotes it on purpose.

Gangstas do it cuz that is their life, not to look cool and tough. So from what you have wrote no one can tell whether or not the person is gangsta. They both could be posers trying to act like gangstas. I would have to say definatly not number one though, because gangstas come from shitty neighborhoods and although they can get out of the hood you will never get the hood out of them. So for a gangsta from the hood to be dressed nicely and classy, respectable apearance with no tattoos is very rare since you can't change how they grew up and their past and I say hood because if your not from a bad neighborhood like compton your just a poser and a douche bag also. Also most so called "gangstas" now a days are just fake kids trying to look tough and cool and end up looking like complete dumbass d bags who are as fake as they come.
  33. Neither. I would hope that the chrome rims you are referencing in 1 are real. Because the examples you give in 2 are hopeless. Fake jewelry? Bad Hygene? unshaven? K, I always thought a gangsta is someone who is the opposite. Not a poser. Wears what they want, with a certain "gangsta" swagger. You can have a busted ass car and still be "gangsta". OR you can have a tyte ride and be "gangsta". Its how you carry yourself. More than material objects. As any "gangsta" would know ;) think of it this way, its not about trying to be "gangsta". you just are "gangsta". you are, or aren't. Ya dig?

  40. "Gangsta", as denoted by the spelling, is akin to "wannabe, poser, buster" and any other way for referring to image portrayal for purposes of pretending to impress. A gang member is a life style not a way of dress or driving. The two you described above, images only.

Guys of that caliber are only out for attention, and frankly I pay them no mind. they are the one's in the end who will either get their rims stollen or vehicle damaged due to drug activity within their hood. Tatoo's on the other hand are really gross and deframes the body. So, gangsta ought to get a real job and stop trying to be something their not.
