Can Chrome or Black FR500 Rims be painted?

I am purchasing a 2004 SVT Cobra and I do like the stock rims, however I would like them painted or at least accented. Is this possible?

1. yeah, just make sure that you scuff up and clean the area that you want to paint or else the paint wont stick. also make sure that you use a few coats of paint and more than a few coats of clear to keep the paint from chipping
