Torque and Chrome

I have a chrome plated motorcycle fender that is damaged and was wondering if there was anywhere that could...?

Strip the chrome straighten the fender and fabricate whats damaged to make the end of the fender round again and then re-chrome it?It's from an old classic that I can't get parts for and need a custom job.

2. i would.... ive had family members in new york rechrome bumpers to a old galaxie 500..... costly project though
3. Check car body shop for bumper re-builders/ replaters. Especially a 'classic' car shop.
