Where to find someone to make custom emblem?

Im going to buy a Dodge viper Truck soon, and on the steering wheel it has a small chrome dodge ram emblem....as it should, but i was wanting to have a custom Viper chrome emblem made to replace it. The only place ive found so far that will do this wants $900.00. Where could i go to have this done without paying such an outrageous price. Thank you for your help and your time

1. I'm not familiar with the emblem of which you speak, but I would think a good sign shop should be able to make one from "chrome" vinyl tape. If such "chrome" tape is not available perhaps they could suggest something that would be of satisfaction to you.
