What is the best wheel cleaner for non chrome wheels with hard stains?

1. Go with Mcguires, they make wheel cleaner for all different types of wheels
2. I like Armor All wheel cleaner. Its in a silver bottle. I always leave it on way longer then it says to. Many stains will be from tar. You can buy tar remover for those stains. Paint thinner and gas will also work on tar.
3. I use dish soap on my polished aluminum wheels that shines them up real nice
4. try bleach white tire cleaner. i use it on the steel rims for my truck. just spray it on your tires and rims and brush it with a hard tire brush and wash it off with water.
